Job Responsibilities :
- Initiate outbound phone calls to prospective delegates, sponsors and exhibitors
- Engage in conversations about upcoming conferences, creating interest that leads to registrations and sales
- Keep the CRM system or spreadsheet updated as required
- Comprehend each conference topic, understanding target industries and relevant job titles
- Apply analytical skills and think creatively, using marketing lists and conducting independent research to present information effectively
- Demonstrate organizational skills and time management to meet call rate KPIs
- Generate reports on client feedback for each event as a Sales Representative
- Work in collaboration with the team for the seamless execution of the event
