Energos - Manager - Customer Relationship (2-5 yrs)
A) Service Contract Monitoring :
1) To map the agreed terms of services versus actual delivered and report daily performance to Function leaders
2) On internal approval of savings:
- To get proforma invoice prepared from Sales Account person based on savings approved
- To submit savings sheet and proforma invoice with the customer
- To co-ordinate with RSM for getting savings approval from customer and intervene if required
- To get tax invoice prepared from Sales Account person and submit to customer
3) On monthly service fee:
- To get tax invoice prepared from Sales Account person and submit to customer
- To submit tax invoice to customer
4) To do regular follow-up with customer at level 1 for collections, escalate to function leader if money due for more than half payment cycle
5) To provide observations on the energy savings to the analysis team on monthly basis
6) Make presentation to the customer about result delivered & contract performance every quarter
B) Hunt for new orders from existing customers :
1) Prepare business case
2) Meet the customer along with Function leader
