What you- ll do:
- Leading a team of Business Development associates to achieve the set revenue goals & OKRs
- Serve as a key member of the business development team, helping to drive more subscribers & business growth with granular focus on metrics and adoptions.
- Establish and build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders and establish closed loop processes for product and operational feedback and contribute to the overall growth and profit for Reseller Club
- Build scale by collaborating with internal stakeholders (Product managers, Support, Finance, Marketing, Legal) to develop joint business plans and upsell opportunities with coherent messaging/positioning for clients
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption customers.
- Mentor & coach, the team towards both business goals and personal growth
- Complete ownership of the revenue line from existing Web Professionals globally, weaving a web to develop new relationships while supporting existing ones to drive adoption and retention
- Ensuring the team members are well equipped and trained to sell existing products and services and all necessary skill set is acquired to consultatively sell next generation innovative cloud solutions
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to build customer references, devise promos, craft case-studies, and co-develop resources to better support our customers
- Analyze customer purchase behavior in internal data systems & Salesforce to identify, communicate, and act upon both risks and opportunities; proactively drive data-driven, account-focused initiatives to increase customer engagement and product adoption
- A periodic deep dive into Products- revenue profile using industry leading tools, collaborate with Data Analysts to visualize data for effective consumption by all stakeholders
- Constantly measure & evaluate Metrics that Matter and always strive for incremental improvements in the near term and audacious goals in the long-term using the OKR framework
- Coordinate with the Quality team to analyze AOI for the team members and prepare development plans.
- Conduct weekly 1:1's with your team members to guide & motivate them.
Who you are:
- 8+ years of proven experience of cross-functional skills, business/operations management in especially in handling processes for an IT company/SAAS Solutions
- 2 years of leadership experience will be strongly preferred
- Passionate about coaching & mentoring people and possesses a growth mindset
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- You are target-driven, analytical, logical, and extremely motivated
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
- Customer-centric at your core. You are devoted to ensuring our customers- success and adoption of Products and Services
- If you know Salesforce and how to leverage the platform for sales processes & other business outcomes is a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
