Endurance is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Associate to join its Acquisition Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be associated with one of the most exciting names in the consumer Internet space in India. This position is essential in the day-to-day operations management of the Acquisition Marketing Team and requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

The Digital Marketing Associate will assist in the planning, implementing, optimization and reporting of media campaigns across multiple channels. Aptitude for learning new skills (both technical and organic) and procedures is essential. The Digital Marketing Associate is expected to be a self-starter who knows the fundamentals of the digital space, proficient in AdWords (SEM) and excited to learn even more.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns and operations from basic planning to setup to trafficking, QA and final analysis

2. Have complete ownership of the AdWords & Bing accounts from campaign creation, account structures, campaign expansion, ad copies

3. Function within set deadlines and follow schedules and other processes for daily internal functioning. Day to day follow ups with other teams and owning tasks till completion

4. Assist in preparing daily reports for campaigns and business MIS

5. Meet monthly and quarterly targets set for SEM and the business

6. Work obsessively towards optimizing our paid media campaigns across metrics such as CTRs, QS, CPC and CPA

7. Prepare comprehensive reports on digital marketing efforts and its impact on business and ROI at regular intervals to enable data driven decision making

8. Periodically run special promo's and campaigns across mediums like Search, Remarketing, Google Display and Facebook

You should apply for this post if:

1. You have at least a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of hands on experience in managing paid media campaigns (preferably SEM campaigns for ROI)

2. You are Google AdWords certified and have a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem

3. You have managed large digital marketing budgets in the past

4. You have in-depth experience in optimizing and scaling campaigns across search, display, retargeting, social and mobile marketing.

5. You love numbers and are an excel genius- you do not take any decision sans data

6. You have a good understanding of web analytics and are comfortable jumping into an analytics account to setup traffic source reports or funnels

7. You are an idea storehouse and continuously devour information on the internet about the next big digital marketing game changer

8. Self-motivated and disciplined and can naturally understand digital usability and best practices from a user point of view
