Endurance - Customer Support Role - Web Solutions (0-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- You will be at the heart of our Customer Success team
- You take time to understand our customer's goals and challenges, consult on options, and make recommendations to enhance their online/web strategy.
- You will create a positive customer experience by responding to product, pricing, on-boarding, tech support & billing inquiries
- Build relationships and provide support through an informative, educational interaction with customers who have questions or concerns on their products usage & deployment challenges.
- Investigate customer issues, concerns and provide resolutions or escalate, own and resolve as required for a successful relationship with our brands.
- Have thoughtful, powerful, and informative conversations while working with customers to provide them with the right set of solutions for their needs.
Salary: 2.5-3 LPA
