J -Sales Operations Manager
- The coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing the sales process. The individual will work as the anchor for the field sales team in ensuring all the back-end activities are executed to perfection in a timely fashion.
- He/she will be equally responsible to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Project management and coordination will be key for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team on every stage of the sales execution
- Preparation of proposals for customers
- Engage with vendors for third party products; managing negotiations, ordering, delivery and payments
- Create timelines, assign individuals and manage the delivery of the solutions to customers
- Manage the entire payment collection process
- Maintain a MIS of receivables and payables to ensure strict compliance
- Manage the deal registration process and ensure incentive disbursements
Desired Profile :
- 1+ years experience as a sales coordinator
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Attitude of a go-getter with proven ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Knack of getting things done in spite of obstacles
- MBA/BBM/Financial Accounting education will be good to have
