Backend operations role, handling customer queries, and complaints over Voice and Email.
Location : Pune, Mumbai, Chennai
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handling Customer Calls / Emails
- Customer Complaint Resolution as per defined TAT
- Good Communication Skills in English and Hindi
- Good Written Communication Skill
Shift Timings :
- Rotational Shift between 6am to 11pm
Working days :
- 6 days working with weekly rotational off
Qualification :
- Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months experience or Fresh Graduate or Graduates with <2years experience
Age: 18 to 30
