Emxcel Travel Solutions - Manager - Business Development (3-7 yrs)
Experience in IT sales preferred ( not mandatory ).
- Should be able to give presentation to prospective clients .
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Should be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the management.
- Owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Should be high-performing Sales Leader to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company/product competitive and innovative.
- Defining monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target and achieving growth by successfully managing the sales team
- Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
- Conducting monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
- Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
- Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
- Networking with other directors in order to generate new business for the company.
- Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
