Job Description

The Business Development Representative for Inside Sales position is responsible for achieving sales and revenue goals by developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers and partners. This shall majorly be done by correspondence over phone or web.

1. Develop and harness international and domestic prospects.

2. Understand customer's requirements and improvement areas to implant our solution.

3. Customize presentations and demos as per those requirements.

4. Manages quote creation, order processing and day-to-day customer and partner requests.

5. Works closely with existing Outbound Sales and Functional Consultants team to understand the product thoroughly.

Desired Skills & Experience

1. MBA with Marketing (major) at post graduation level.

2. Engineer (B Tech, B Sc. - computers, BCA) qualification at the graduate level will be preferred.

3. We look for consistent academic excellence and a high level of analytical and logical reasoning abilities.

4. 3-5 years professional sales experience

5. This job also requires good communication and presentation capabilities as there is a significant amount of customer interaction.

6. A practice to follow procedures and very diligent with work.

7. Self-driven, result-oriented individual
