Job Description for Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) - 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through educational and corporate tie-ups. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions and corporate organizations to meet their hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify new markets and business needs, including educational institutions and corporate organizations.
- Build a strong market position by actively seeking, developing, defining, and closing business relationships with potential partners.
- Evaluate potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financial aspects.
- Utilize cold calling techniques to identify and engage with potential clients, promoting our services and exploring partnership opportunities.
- Arrange meetings with companies to establish an empanelment arrangement for their hiring requirements.
- Skillfully negotiate commercial terms and agreements with companies, adhering to set standards and CAP (Cost of Acquisition and Processing) limits.
- Engage in business mining activities to identify and capitalize on key accounts, including existing client accounts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate tie-ups.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and assess potential partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively build relationships and close business deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the educational and corporate sector, including industry dynamics and hiring practices, is highly desirable.
