- Design & implement strategy for brand handles to align with business goals
- Conceptualize & implement campaigns to boost Organization social media handles follower base & engagement
- Ensure each handle plan is suited to the audience target of that platform
- Widen reach through strategic boosting
- Ensure creative language of the handles are maintained in collaboration with Creative Agency
- Secure and manage blogger & mid-level influencer management
- Map competition performance on SM landscape through social listening, identify trending hashtags to piggy back on, national & international trends etc.
- Implement new features and stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, campaigns, or other brand messages
- Search Engine Optimization
- Social Media - Posting, Engagement, Enhance organic reach, Monitoring
- SMS, WhatsApp and Email Marketing
- Innovative Content Generation and Content Marketing through videos and creative
- Management of Website and other online assets
- Creative activities/campaigns for organic digital and social media marketing
- Generating Leads through Campaigning
- Online Reputation Management
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
