Online Reputation Management Executive


- The Miko marketing team is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual who would be an eye for the brand and will be responsible for creating, managing and developing Online Reputation and reviews and ratings for the brand.

Responsibilities :

- Real-time tracking and responding to Customers Queries and Complaints on Social Media

- To monitor comments, complaints, suggestions and feedback on all the social media channels and across the web and reading reports


- To respond to comments with solutions within the specified turnaround time

- To manage the entire Online Reputation Management (ORM) process single-handedly

- To manage ratings and reviews for the brand at popular sites and platforms, like, Glassdoor, App store etc.

- To maintain and circulate daily, weekly and monthly ORM reports to internal departments for their information and further action


Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree from any stream

- 2+ years- experience in ORM working on social media

- Well versed with MS Office, PowerPoint, G-Suite and project management tools

- Experience of working on Brand Research and Tracking Tools

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Keen attention to detail

- Good time management and Proficient with MS Office

- Understanding of different social media platforms and reviews & ratings system

- Ability to identify critical social posts for brands as well as patterns emerging from social

- Ability to avert crisis with fast and creative thinking

- Enthusiastic, displaying energy, drive and stamina

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Pro-activeness in all aspects of ideation and communication
