emotix - Executive - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
We are an advanced robotics based company in Mumbai. The company was founded in January 2015, by three IIT Bombay post-graduates, Sneh Vaswani, Prashant Iyengar and Chintan Raikar, on the pillars of robotics, AI and IoT.
We are the makers of the Miko series of robots designed to engage, educate and entertain kids. Our latest offering, Miko 2, is an advanced personal robot for kids, powered by cutting-edge features such as a proprietary emotional intelligence machine, TeleConnect, self-initiated conversational abilities, obstacle & edge sensing and more.
Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound calls from customers
2. Understand their query, complaints and requests
3. Provide information about the product as required and resolve any query over the phone
4. Escalate complaints / service requests to the tech support team.
5. Follow up if required
6. Satisfactory closure of issues
Requirements :
1. Minimum HSC in any stream
2. At least 1 year experience in Customer Service in BPO / Call centre
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
5. Knowledge of a third language will be a plus point
6. Willing to work in rotating shifts including night shift.
