It is smart and can converse with the child on diverse academics topics, encouraging a playful learning pedagogy. It is loaded with fun and educational games, songs, stories and can even dance. Equipped with an emotional intelligence engine, it can see, hear, sense and remember the child's moods. Every interaction with Miko makes the child smarter and happier, opening-up the child's world to millions of possibilities.
Miko is designed by a team of software and mechanical engineers, mathematicians, UI/UX designers, knowledge partners and neuropsychologists from India, South Korea, and Russia. Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining existing customer database and contacting them to take feedbacks.
- Addressing and resolving all the customer queries and concerns with respect to the product or company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and provide feedbacks and inputs to the business team.
- Handling grievances so as to maintain the company and products reputation.
- Being well versed with all the updates in the product and company.
- Scheduling Demos for sales executives.
- Providing Post Sales Support in the line up as well.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered, persistent and thick- skinned.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
