Your day to day is :
- Assisting in the development of effective sales strategies.
- Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies.
- Analyzing the performance of the telesales team members.
- Preparing and setting monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Building and maintaining long-term elder relations.
- Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Addressing any elder queries and complaints.
- Maintaining an updated record of all important elder information in the database.
- Assisting in developing sales scripts.
- Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference.
- Keeping a track of KPIs.
- Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner.
You will be successful in this role if you have :
- 2+ years of tele sales team management experience, preferably in a start-up environment
- 5+ years in an outbound inside sales environment
- Experience into digitally assisted sales process
- A consistent track record of exceeding performance goals, while not compromising on quality
- A process-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills, and a bent for complex problem solving
- A strong bias towards action, and are comfortable balancing competing priorities
- Excellent English communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial/ start-up environment.
- Persistent in following up and closing deals.

Qualifications :
- MBA
Experience Required :
- Minimum 5+ years of sales management experience in a business-to-customer (B2C) sales environment
