1) Calling on leads generated through various online and offline campaigns
2) Identify the need of the potential lead and pitch products/offerings from Emoha as pre the elder's need
3) Effectively communicate with customers to gain commitment to purchase
4) Experienced into objections handling and probing
5) Strong forte on follow up calls ensuring conversions
6) Making calls (minimum 80- 100) to potential elders to explain about EMOHA
7) Engage elders and keep the conversation going.
8) Listening to the elders' needs to generate repeat sales.
9) Gathering and documenting elder information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products/services.
10) Answering elders' queries on the products.
11) Meeting sales targets consistently month on month
