Your day-to-day responsibilities :

- Calling on leads generated through various online and offline campaigns

- Identify the need of the potential lead and pitch products/offerings from Emoha as pre the elder's need

- Effectively communicate with customers to gain commitment to purchase

- Experienced into objections handling and probing

- Strong forte on follow up calls ensuring conversions

- Making calls (minimum 80- 100) to potential elders to explain about EMOHA

- Engage elders and keep the conversation going.

- Listening to the elders' needs to generate repeat sales.

- Gathering and documenting elder information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products/services.

- Answering elders' queries on the products.

- Meeting sales targets consistently month on month.

You'll be successful in this role if you have :

- 2+ years of experience into achieving your targets through telesales

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Creative thinking skills

- Mature, sensible and full of empathy

- Patience & ability to engage elders in conversation

- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting elders

- Working knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)

Qualifications :

- Graduation

- Post-graduation -preferred
