Growth Marketing Manager :
Emiza is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with experience in marketing services to lead Marketing and Inside Sales Program
The person will own below responsibilities :
1. Lead Acquisition Strategy : Design the online lead acquisition program to drive pipeline goals for Emiza and work with various teams to see a successful execution. Own leads inflow into the sales funnel and ensure high lead quality for a successful conversion to Sales qualified lead (SQLs).
2. Set-up campaigns & Growth experiments : Build, scale, execute demand generation program through digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, social, affiliate, organic and more. Test, analyze, and scale experiments to improve key metrics across channels (e.g., landing pages, ad copy, creative, etc.).
3. Optimize & Scale :
- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report the impact of demand generation campaigns on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL), SQL, pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length; leverage quantitative skills to interpret data and gain insights that then translate into actionable changes. C
- reate and manage conversion goals across Adwords and Google Analytics. Measure & report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs. Build monthly and quarterly reports using Google data studio.
Here is how you will continuously add value to the organization :
1. Own Emiza's web conversion strategy, setting the path for how we optimise our website, SEO, social media presence, content strategy, systems, tools and infrastructure to increase inbound lead generation, drive those leads to sales conversion and deliver highly performing customer journeys
2. Build the deal flow and sales processes within CRM system
3. Own the campaign calendar and oversee a steady and growing stream of relevant leads into the sales funnel.
4. Design and execute marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels - mailers, messages, communities, landing pages, paid marketing, affiliate, performance marketing etc
5. Run A/B tests oriented at driving learning and revenue growth, while sharing applied learnings with the broader team
6. Analyze user behavior and conversion data to translate into recommendations and optimizations throughout the site.
7. Partner tightly with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to deliver best in class performant customer journeys across inbound, outbound and partnerships
8. Work with the sales team to qualify leads and support them anywhere required for a successful deal conversion.
9. Set-up attribution models and multi-channel tracking
10. Lead external engagement and work closely with digital agencies and service providers
11. Develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics and ROI tracking for all digital channels and mobile apps to continuously optimise and improve ROI
We are looking for someone with:
1. 3-6 years of experience in running successful growth marketing programs for B2B product, services & SaaS companies
2. Experience in selling to a founders, CXOs, supply chain, Logistics, operations management audience
3. Experience of working in Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, Email & SMS Marketing
4. Demonstrated Creative thinking to execute interesting campaign ideas by understanding customers and their behavior
5. Experience in integrating marketing campaigns with CRM and working with marketing automation tools
6. Experience of website analytics tool (eg: Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, Etc.)
7. Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
8. Experience in database query and using BI tools to create dashboards
