Facebook/Google Ads Expert

- Please apply only if you've had experience running FB and Google Ads with a budget north of $10k/mo. Dental Practice targetting is a plus but not mandatory.

- We're looking for a Facebook Advertising Specialist because our audience is active on FB and to some extent on google.

- If you are right for this role, you exhibit a deep interest & passion for advertising platforms, the ability to work in a start-up, thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Your responsibilities :

- Lead paid advertising efforts on Facebook/Instagram, compose relevant ad copy, create new campaigns, develop and implement tests for copy and landing pages, and publish a weekly KPI report.

- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across Facebook's advertising platform to test targeting, creative, and landing pages, and improve overall campaign performance.

- Generate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports that synthesize data across multiple platforms.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.

Your skills :

- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done.

- Self-starter with high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects

- Previous online experience in Facebook Advertising is a must.

- Proficient in managing large amounts of data with the ability to interpret and extract meaningful insights. Excel skills required.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a creative mindset.

- Copywriting or design skills are a plus. Prior experience taking leads generation responsibility. Your role will contribute directly to the company's growth.
