Emipro Technologies - Manager - Digital Marketing (2-8 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is responsible for Planning, Implementing and Managing online marketing campaigns that promote Emipro and its Business solutions and/or services on all available digital marketing channels. He/She will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Required Skills :
- 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of all social media platforms
- Thorough knowledge of using website analytics tools
- Strong Research & Analytical skills
- High Fluency in the English language
- Flair for learning technology and business concepts
- Ability to lead and manage the marketing team
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's services & solutions, the target market and competition
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the services & solutions of Emipro
- Create & Implement strategies to target specific demographics & industry to bring quality leads via Inbound Marketing
- Communicate with the Emipro's Management about marketing goals and results along with comprehensive reports
- Identify trends and insights and constantly evolve the overall marketing strategy
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
- Constantly stay updated with Google's algorithms & plan activities for the Google Analytics program
- Set up and optimize Google Adwords campaigns
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
- Ensure that Emipro's brand message is consistent
- Evaluate and Improve end-to-end customer experience by optimizing the company's solutions, webpages, blogs etc.
- Coordinate with marketing executives to ensure smooth and timely implementation of all marketing plans & activities
- Coordinate with and manage Content Writers & Graphic Designers in the marketing team
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure & assess the impact of marketing activities on the sales
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Contribute to the creation of various content materials including but not limited to: Blogs, Website Pages, Product Pages & Descriptions, User Guides, Case Studies, Email templates, Social Media posts etc
Nice to have :
- Experience of carrying out digital marketing activities for either of the following segments: ERP, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Wholesale & Retail Trading & Distribution
- Experience in using any professional Marketing, CRM or Sales software
