We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Bidding & Direct Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both bidding on IT projects through platforms like Upwork and executing direct marketing campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Bidding on Upwork:
- Research and identify potential IT projects on Upwork.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project needs and provide solutions.
- Follow up on proposals and negotiate terms with clients.
Direct Sales and Marketing:
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Engage with prospects through personalized messages, offering IT solutions tailored to their needs.
- Maintain and update lead databases and track sales performance.
Requirements:
- Fresher with Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of bidding on Upwork for IT projects.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools.
- Solid understanding of IT services and technologies.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
