Emeritus - Creative Content Producer - Online Certificate Creative Team (6-9 yrs)
What you will do at Emeritus :
- Develop exceptional concepts for performance marketing ads
- Develop exceptional concepts for organic campaigns for the same programs
- Find yourself on the road to self-growth - you can choose to work with data for creativity!
- Liaise with the performance team
- Conduct research on courses and the topics covered in them before attempting performance campaigns that effectively address marketing goals and challenges across the globe
- Debrief the team lead on the latest developments in the EdTech category, periodic competition analysis (10 points for topicality)
- Collaborate with the Design Managers to conceptualize and develop performance ads
- Take ownership; ensure completion as per documented timelines, and obtain approvals for deliverables
- Coordinate diligently with the reporting manager and other team members over Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Wrike
- Dig the internet for campaigns in the education sector and share them with the team
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative and performance marketing teams

Qualifications :
- Skilled copywriting
- Good eye for copy and visuals
- Proven ability to develop creative ads + an eye for details in a creative brief
- A proven track record of delivering concept-driven campaigns
- Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns, from developing an approach based on insights to overseeing its execution and deployment
- Highly adaptive
- Strong creative values with an understanding of business objectives
- Prior experience in interpreting data/data-oriented and hungry for data-led creative processes is a plus if not a must
Skillset :
- Copywriting
- Research Skills - Conduct competition analysis
- Campaign Thinking - Should have the ability to take our programs to various touchpoints
- Methodical - Must have the ability to look for the right reference in the right place, and thereby maintain a repository for the creative team
