Roles and Responsibilities :
- We are looking for a Business Development Executives/ Manager who will primarily focus on customer acquisition, Lead generation and prospect management. Also, who can research client business referrals, network, and web leads, provide prospective customers, and additional presentations as needed. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. We have PAN India profile for the same
Three primary responsibilities :
1. Identifying new sales leads
2. Pitching products i.e. Corrugated box, Corrugated Sheet, Mono Cartons, Paper Bags, Rigid Box etc.
3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Under Lead Generation, day-to-day duty will typically include :
- Researching and identify new leads and potential new markets
- Preparing and maintaining a list of prospect clients
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Other day-to-day duty includes :
- Understanding client needs providing solutions and support
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
- Should have an experience in packaging industry.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management at least 2-3 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
