Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing programs to meet business growth and profit objectives.
- Understanding customer needs through analysis of market research to create brand plans & new product planning.
- Responsible for gathering competitive industry and market analysis to understand the customer needs, current trends, competition activities, etc.
- Gathering of market intelligence and analyzing it for the effective marketing plan
- Responsible for product development, packaging, pricing, communication.
- Conceptualizing & implementing trade, consumer, doctor programs.
- Data analysis (ORG & others).
- Handling new product launches & business cases.
- Handling external agencies (advertising, market research etc).
- Handling support functions to develop product, programs & partnering special projects, if any.
- Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Performing market analysis and research on competition
- Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Prepare promotional presentations
- Help distribute marketing materials through collaboration with logistics team
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help organize marketing events, co-ordinate with field team & events company for effective execution.
- Collaborate & create mutually the annual marketing planning, manage the budget, keep a track of marketing activities and costing, ensure timing of the required activities, collaborate with the field team to ensure that the marketing activities are conducted as planned.
Educational Qualifications :
1. Full Time MBA
2. Graduation : BPharm, BDS, and MBBS.
