eMaxlabz Solutions - Executive - Customer Support (2-3 yrs)
- Maintain a good relationship with customers
- Onboarding customers onto our platform
- Provide detailed information about the products offered to the customers
- Listen to customer complaints and provide adequate solutions for their problem via phone, email, chat and other channels
- Propose potential products or services to top management to gather customer information and analyze customer needs
- Handle and manage surveys in regards to resolving customer service problems.
- Keep the record of customers and follow-up with them on a timely basis for better customer experience
Candidate Must Have :
- Good to Excellent English Skills (Written and Oral)
- Analytical Skills
- Dependability and Strong Work Ethics
- Graduate or Above
- Min 2-5 year's experience in International Customer support
