Senior Security Sales Specialist
- The job holder would be responsible for the total revenue number for cyber security for Emarson irrespective of OEM/product.
- Will play active role in formulating the company's OEM strategy
- OEM / Principal Relationship Management
- Client Relationship Management
- Responsible for Solution positioning, evicting competition and convincing the customer for buying the suggested solution
- Map Potential Customers & generating SECURITY business for the Organization while working closely with the account managers and inside sales team.
- Devise Action plans and Strategies to achieve targets, ensure team meets its deliverables
- Negotiate with Principals / OEMs & distributors on additional discounts & payments terms on transaction Lead, Mentor & Motivate the Sales team.
- Should have good knowledge of IT security solutions
- Should constantly update himself / herself on the latest solutions in the market
