Emarson Computers - Executive - Business Development - PSU (3-8 yrs)
- In this role you will be required to generate business and achieve revenue targets from a set of Public Sector Customers by selling IT Networking and Cyber Security solutions
- The candidate should have experience of selling to Govt or Public Sector Units (PSU)
- He / she will get an opportunity to directly work with Emarson's management team to develop and implement the business development strategy for PSU Accounts.
- Should be revenue goal oriented and should have a consistent record of target achievement.
- Should be a self driven achiever with a high urge to earn his / her 100% sales incentives.
- Knowledge of the sales cycle and decision making process of Public Sector Units is a must.
- Mapping the IT team and senior executives / directors of different departments of the PSUs.
- Handling technical and financial Bidding process.
- Compiling bids, proposals, tender analysis, documentation, tender, e-tender, e-quotation submission & other nitty gritties of PSU organisation for revenue generation.
- Attention to detail and Negotiation of complex bids is key to success in this role.
- Generating sales through Government eMarketplace (GeM).
- Must be adept in working with large Principal / OEM by mapping and navigating through their cross function teams.
- Responsible for timely invoicing and collection of payment from the clients.
- Updates of work done need to be provided by updating the CRM on a daily basis.
- Should be willing to travel across India.
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) will be preferred
