What you will be Responsible for:
- Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.
- Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects.
- Plan and pitches
- Build relationships with new clients and maintain with old ones - with Seller/ Builder/ Developers as well.
- Cold calling for sales of Primary properties.
- Achieving mutually agreed sales targets
- Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.
- Participate in Negotiation meeting with Buyer & Seller.
What are we looking for:
- Graduate/ MBA degree
- Experience in Real Estate direct sales - 3+ Years
- Experience in Team Lead - 3+ Years
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude

- Zeal to grow even in adverse scenario.
- Ability to understand the requirements of prospects and aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects
