Emami Group - Brand Executive - International Marketing Division (2-6 yrs)
Assists in developing brand strategies.
- Develops the brand value proposition, assists in branding positioning, and assists in developing the advertising concept, pricing, packaging, and promotion.
- Evaluates all media performance with media providers
- Works with advertising & research agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand.
-Executes ATL & BTL plans to deliver the required value proposition.
- Coordinates with R&D for product conceptualisation, positioning, new product development etc.
- Executes all brand extension plans in coordination with the brand team.
- Analyses retail store audit reports as per requirement of Brand Team.
- Obtains market intelligence data and feedback and analyses them to track performance and perception of the brand in comparison with its competitors
- Updates and maintains Brand and Competitors Guard Book and tracks all Commercials and advertisements.
- Obtains feedback on products under development on parameters such as quality, perfume, packaging etc.
- Collates data on consumer feedback as required by the Brand Team and analyses them.
- Maintains and updates vendor database of suppliers for BTL materials
- Co ordinates sales promotional drives across various levels of trade & consumer franchise.
- Analyses competitor information from markets and other sources.
-Analyses periodically pricing strategy of each product vis--vis its competitors.
- Co ordinates with operations for procurement, production planning and dispatch.
- Co ordinates with production and QC regarding the customers- complaints and competitors product analysis.
- Negotiates with printers and other BTL suppliers.
