Email Marketing Specialist (4-10 yrs)
This incumbent will be responsible for executing email marketing initiatives of the organization. The specialist is required to work closely with the Executive / Operations / digital marketing teams to scope out segmentation, content requirements, designs and programs for email campaigns with hands on experience in building assets like emails, templates etc.
Good to have - Experience in integrations with other components like Ads, Google Analytics etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Building and executing email campaigns for the complete lead lifecycle
- Mapping Customer Journey and analysing touch points with the organisation
- Creating assets like emails, forms, templates.
- Implement A/B testing strategies
- Measure and analyse campaign effectiveness including email and conversion metrics
- Explore latest trends in email marketing to improve performance
- Proactively research & understand customer journey and stay on top of trends and developments in digital marketing to identify and leverage the most effective ways for marketing automation
- Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis; list management; and lead processes.
- Manage prospect and customer databases by creating and updating lists, segmenting data and "cleaning" data.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of email best practices, innovation, and technologies
- Advance HTML knowledge and experience formatting emails (layout, images, links, etc.)
- Hands on experience in building lead nurture campaigns and driving successful marketing outcomes / lead conversions
- Understanding of different type of emails - bulk emails, transactional emails etc.
- Experience with sales and marketing tools (including reporting tools and project management tools) is a plus.
- A track record of success in email marketing activities, lead database, reporting, creating lists, building landing pages, nurture tracks and promoting events
Qualification :
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Creative thinker
- Analytical mind - ability to read, analyse and interpret information effectively
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable IT skills - (Microsoft Office/Power point/Excel/Word)
