Email Marketing Specialist (1-3 yrs)
What You- ll be Doing:
Candidate will be responsible to create a database of the potential clients. Will be responsible to communicate and connect with top management like CFO- s, CEOs of big companies. The motive is to develop connect with the companies intending to move into SAP software and the ones that are already using SAP and looking for support. The focal region is North America and Europe.
Responsibilities :
- Design and post social media content in accordance with the marketing strategy
- Create and research target lists and identify decision makers
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
- Outreach via cold calls and emails to grow interest and set up sales meetings
- Ability to communicate strongly in emails.
- Send emails, publish blogs, and post to social networks
- Strong ability to efficiently communicate in English (speaking and writing).
- Efficient in following up with the clients.
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
- Write newsletters including all company updates
- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
- Create email databases for lead generation
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing specialist
- Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Qualifications :
- University degree (MBA) or College Diploma preferably focused on Sales, Marketing.
- Degree or course in Email Marketing.
