Email Marketing Role (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the firm's external and internal communications strategy
- Email marketing management
- Implement email marketing strategies in line with the firm's objectives to target various audiences
- Executing email marketing campaigns, from concept to distribution
- Drafting engaging, customized email content for events and webinars, client newsletters, internal mailers etc.
- Designing vibrant and professional templates
- Managing automated email workflows
- Monitoring and analysing email campaign metrics
- Generating regular reports to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements
- Website support
- Support in managing the firm's website including content updates, stakeholder coordination, SEO etc.
- Working with the website agency to ensure website efficiency, generating reports, analytics and analysis
- Collaborating with the communications team and leadership to brainstorm ideas
- Independent thinking and proactive approach in all projects
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of work experience in corporate communications, marketing or digital marketing
- Bachelor's or Masters/Post Graduate Diploma in communications, digital marketing or equivalent
- Proficiency in email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or Marketo, with working knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms and SEO best practices will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Smart, sharp and analytical, with a keen eye for detail, ability to generate new ideas, multitask and work with teams and multiple stakeholders
