We are on the hunt for a sharp and innovative Emailing Marketing Specialist. In this position, you will be required to oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns ( In house and for end clients), including market research, content creation, and the dissemination of copy. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will also be required to collaborate with coworkers across departments to ensure maximum uptake of offerings.

To be successful as an Email Marketing Specialist, you should demonstrate the ability to create accessible, engaging, and memorable texts. Ultimately, an outstanding Email Marketing Specialist will be able to generate leads for the organization.

KRA

- Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviours.

- Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of improvement, which could inform subsequent outputs.

- Conceptualizing marketing campaigns for demand generation for various services offered by the company

- Creating well-written email templates which can be textual /infographics or a combination of both

- Collaborating with Graphic Designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.

- Maintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence.

- Executing the mail campaigns in the form of a drip campaign through marketing automation tool

- Generate leads for different lines of businesses.

- Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign.

- Demand generation marketing.Email marketing tools- Pardot, Mailchimp, Mautic, Keap, Icontact, Vertical Response, Send Grid, Get Response, etc.

- Website planning and creation on Wordpress and Wix.com.

- Facebook marketing and advertisements

- Improve email inbox delivery

- Warming up domains and IP to build their reputation for better email delivery.

- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR regulations for sending compliant emails.

- Knowledge of other tricks and hacks to avoid email landing in junk.

- Set up domain authentication through setting DNS records- Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC records in the domain.

- Experience in data cleaning using tools like Neverbounce and Impressionwise.

- Clean data time to time. Remove all bounce, invalids and spam emails from the database.
