Grow Your Staff is looking for an Email Marketer for a Digital Marketing firm in the United States. The position is open to anyone located in Hyderabad, India, or who is willing to relocate.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the team based out of the United States from 5:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday). Temporary WFH due to Covid.

About the client :

- We're not a typical digital marketing or design shop. Our focus is on a systematic approach to all aspects of eCommerce. We help clients negotiate with manufacturers, hire influencers for your brand, build daily profitability dashboards and Campaigns on multiple ad networks.

- We are looking for someone who has experience with Klaviyo, is a great communicator and enjoys accomplishing goals & deadlines in a creative manner.

Responsibilities:

- Creating Emails and Copy & Graphics

- Brainstorming Email Ideas and Content for Client Calendars

- Sending Monthly QGR Klaviyo Reports (provided by us) and scheduling campaigns in Klaviyo

- Building lists and segments in Klaviyo

- Sending Email Previews to Clients

- Monitoring @support inbox for client feedback on Email Previews

- Training new hires and assigning Creative work to the creative team for email graphics

- Creating Blog Posts On Shopify Site

- Monitoring Flows and escalating issues

- Analyze and report campaign performance and flow performance and suggest improvements across multiple clients

- Managing SMS program (creating SMS blast and sending SMS)

- Creating Automated flows - abandoned cart, welcome series, New Customer welcome series, Sunset/List cleaning flow

- Conducting audits of new accounts using an audit checklist.
 
- Managing popups and forms on client sites

Qualifications :

- A bachelor or masters in Marketing/Business or a related field

- Previous experience with Klaviyo

- Has exceptionally strong communications skills, both written and oral

- Is able to prioritize a large scope of work and deliver priorities by deadlines

- A self-starter who is proactive and can adapt to a changing environment

We want someone with at least 3-6 years of experience. We are willing to hire someone with lesser experience if you have the required skills!

Total CTC in the range of 5,00,000- 9,00,000 INR per annum based on experience.
