The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Establish a strong demeanor when dealing with customers
- Respond quickly to customer queries
- Communicate with consumers via email
- Recognize and handle customer complaints
- Maintain a log of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- Freshers with strong customer focus.
- Basic knowledge of computers- MS Office
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Should be flexible for Rotational day shifts.
- Flexible to work in any shifts round the clock /6 days.
- Any customer service experience/ BPO experience.
- 0 to 2 Years of experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
- Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
- Candidate should be strong in communication (should have good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation)
- Preferably Immediate joiners.
- Transport: Drop will be provided for late evening logouts
Scope : Email handling in English language only, Typing speed 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Soft Skill : Good written communication skills in English
