Email Campaign Client Coordinator (1-5 yrs)

Position Overview:

The Email Campaign Client Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal email marketing team. This role ensures seamless communication, timely delivery of campaigns, and alignment with client objectives. The coordinator will manage client expectations, oversee campaign execution, and provide performance updates while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the internal email campaign team.

- Understand client objectives, preferences, and feedback to guide campaign strategies.

- Regularly update clients on campaign progress, deliverables, and performance metrics.

2. Campaign Coordination:

- Collaborate with the email marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that align with client goals.

- Ensure all client requirements are accurately communicated to the creative, design, and technical teams.

- Monitor campaign timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

3. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Gather and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

- Share detailed reports with clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.

4. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

- Address client concerns promptly and provide solutions to challenges during campaign execution.

- Troubleshoot any technical or deliverability issues in coordination with the email marketing team.

5. Compliance and Best Practices:

- Ensure all campaigns comply with email marketing laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

- Advise clients on email marketing best practices for optimal engagement.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 1+ years of experience in client management, email marketing, or campaign coordination.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Basic Knowledge about email marketing

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in a fast-paced agency or client-facing role.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
