Email Automation Role - Marketing (3-8 yrs)
- Develop and implement an email marketing strategy and content calendar to drive new and existing customer engagement to grow the businesses.
- Trigger-based customer lifecycle communications designed to support brand awareness, account-based marketing, cross-selling and up-selling campaigns.
- Planning and managing email marketing campaigns (including user segmentation, flow strategy, the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends) together with the digital marketing team.
- Growing email database through collaborative digital initiatives.
- The segment, develop and nurture EDM lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
- A/B testing, analysis, and reporting of email marketing campaigns.
- Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
- Build and deliver campaigns using HubSpot and Mailigen platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution.
- Write, review and edit content. Ensure content accuracy and compliance and meets brand guidelines.
- Be on top of competitors and gathering ideas from various industries for our implementation
- Monitor and report on the performance on the performance of emails weekly in our digital team meeting.
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for EDM performance.
Job Description :
- Hands-on experience in using tools like HUBSPOT (Must have)
- Exposure to, Marketo, Salesforce, Allocadia, Eloqua, Pardot, MS Dynamics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics is plus and exposure to e-mail/web/digital marketing.
- Good content writing skills
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
