We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop professionally in a fast-paced, supportive environment while contributing directly to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Outreach - Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

- Client Engagement - Initiate contact with domestic and international prospects, present our offerings, and close deals.

- Relationship Management - Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

- Sales Strategy - Develop customized proposals and persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.

- Market Research - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

- CRM & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and track performance metrics.

- Revenue Generation - Achieve sales targets and contribute to business profitability by closing high-value deals.

- International & Domestic Client Management - Develop strategies to expand business opportunities across global and local markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or B2B industries (SaaS- Products, Technology Services, Digital Marketing).

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and sales processes.

- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho preferred) and lead generation and Bidding platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.).

- Experience with outreach tools (Email, LinkedIn) and digital sales strategies.

- Track record of business growth - ability to showcase past acquisitions, revenue contributions, and case studies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage and convert clients effectively.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
