Key Responsibilities :

- Research websites to gather contact information and reach out to IT personnel or decision-makers.

- Contact prospects, inform them of website issues, and introduce our company's services.

- Schedule meetings to discuss website updates or reconstruction.

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients from provided databases.

- Present and explain our products/services to prospective customers.

- Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.

- Record and maintain detailed logs of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Address client inquiries and provide relevant information efficiently.

- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.

- Stay informed about our service features to effectively communicate value to potential clients.

- Be open to working different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or nights, to cater to various time zones.

Requirements :

- Experience in IT lead generation, telecalling, or a similar role is preferred.

- Knowledge of website testing or a basic overview of websites.

- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- Flexibility to work across different shifts as required.

- Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently or within a team.

- Strong IT knowledge is require.

Qualifications :

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
