1. Responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company
2. Collecting desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them
3. Very good with Excel
4. Great interpersonal skills
5. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
6. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts
7. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
8. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
9. Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
