Position: Sales Head / Sales Director
Responsibilities:
- Sell Product by implementing National Sales Plan
- Supervise Regional Sales Heads
- Determine Monthly and Annual Sales profit plans by implementing marketing strategies
- Analyze and control Business Development Managers and their results
- Establishing Sales Objectives by forecasting results and projecting Sales Volumes
- Maintain National Sales Staff by Recruiting, Selecting, Training and Orienting Sales Employees
- In depth understanding of products and solutions that are being offered by Elixia Tech
- Analyzing and understanding customer segment and target markets for the solutions
- Independently generating leads for business development
- Religiously persisting in efforts to converts leads/prospects into customers as at times it may take a longer while to convert a lead/prospect into a customer
- Converting maximum leads/prospects into customers
- Developing long term relationships with customers for future business opportunities
- Interacting and forging a bond with existing customers for up-selling of solutions and future business opportunities
- Contributing actively to the growth of the organization in terms of revenue generation and other related aspects of the role.
