About :

- We are looking to employ a highly driven assistant sales manager to assist the Sales Head with the day-to-day running of the show. The assistant sales manager's responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling important clients, managing sales staff both B2B & B2C and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff. You should also be able to delegate tasks to the sales staff in the absence of the sales head.

Responsibilities Include :

1. Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

2. Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.

3. Monitoring the performance of the sales team.

4. Assisting the Sales Team and Head in drafting Proposals and ensuring all documentations remain updated.

5. Building and maintaining good working relationships with important clients.

6. Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

7. Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.

8. Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency

Profile Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferred) marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous.

2. Proven experience in sales and management.

3. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills.

6. Strong management and leadership skills.

7. Effective communication skills.

Selection Process : The candidate will be going through a screening round followed by two interview rounds with the Founders.
