Elite Foods - Territory Sales Executive (6-10 yrs)

- To achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets for his area. This will include value/ volume objectives, distribution targets and be in line with sales policies, strategies.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in modern trade channels.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure performance targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and product initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Skills :
- 6+ years of experience in sales or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Aptitude in negotiation and networking
- Ability to manage and grow sales in assigned territory
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
