Elite Elevators - Executive - Customer Relationship (0-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
- Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
- Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those
- Follow-up with clients for an annual maintenance contract
- Payment collections as per schedule
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on the KPIs
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Minimum Experience - 3 years
- Good relationship management and networking skills.
- Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and also execute the same.
- Who enjoys working in a highly charged environment.
- Well versed in MS Office- Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
