Elite Developers - Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for the real estate industry. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the real estate market.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.

- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing. Relevant sales experience and candidates with the right attitude and drive for sales can apply.
