Elite Client Relationship Manager - Banking (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for the company's most prestigious and high-net-worth (Gold) clients, ensuring seamless service and exceptional customer experience.
Coordinate across business verticals to fulfill client requests, including but not limited to:
- Monthly reports and portfolio statements
- Market research insights and financial event updates
- Exclusive invitations and event details
- Balance information and account queries
- Proactively re-engage dormant high-value clients to schedule personalized consultations with wealth managers.
- Manage client relationships with a high degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
- Handle challenging client interactions, including those with strong opinions or high expectations, with patience and diplomacy.
- Multi-task efficiently by managing service calls, generating reports, coordinating internal teams, and engaging dormant clients simultaneously.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Preferred: Prior experience in the credit card customer service division of American Express or luxury banking/wealth management service roles.
Exceptional Communication Skills:
- Impeccable diction with an optimistic and cheerful tonality.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Client-Centric Approach:
- Ability to provide 'white-glove' service, ensuring clients feel valued and prioritized.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a strong sense of empathy.
Professionalism & Maturity:
- Ability to engage with ultra-high-net-worth individuals with poise and discretion.
- Capability to handle irate or demanding clients with patience and problem-solving skills.
Tech Proficiency:
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Prezi.
- Ability to manage CRM tools and client databases.
- Experience: Preferably from the credit card customer service division of American Express or similar elite client service experience
