Eli India - Senior Sales Operation Role (6-10 yrs)
We are currently seeking for Senior Manager-Sales Operation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement, to allow Sales Representatives to spend most their
work day persuading clients. Assists Sales Management in understanding process bottlenecks that reduce our sales force's effect in the market place
- Serves as the liaison point with rest of the functions to ensure that functional support is leveraged optimally and that processes are delivered at the right quality
- Implements and maintains an effective coaching framework so that coaching sessions take place frequently and in accordance with the Maersk Line Operating System requirements
- Drives the usage of standard data and reports in the CRM to ensure we have the right discussions taking place at the right time with the right data
- Supports Sales Channel reviews, proposal designs and the equitable assignment of sales force targets
- Coordinates training delivery for the organization together with the HR team
- Drives the Sales Incentive Plan, ensuring that we administrate and run the plan timely and to a high standard. Ensure that the Sales Incentive Plan works as a motivator for the Sales Representatives to deliver at the highest level.
- Work as a change agent on our journey towards a world class sales force
- Manages onboarding and exit of sales team members
- Resource coordination to ensure proper induction and onboarding for new employees
- Coordinate with sales quality and customer service team and keep a track of all metrics and performance and quality
KPI's.
Who we are looking for
- Graduate
- Six years sales or sales management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives
- Good understanding of the inside sales process
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- US Night shift (5:30PM-2:30AM)
- US experience mandatory
