Job Description:
The Customer Relationship Manager will work with customer service, marketing staff and operations to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime delighted customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at each interaction, within a defined TAT, and create case studies to provide recommendations for service enhancement.
- Deep dive into customer interactions where we could not fulfill our customer's need and recommend process improvements and opportunities for new service offerings, with the goal of zero rejections.
- Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable Customer value
- Deliver extraordinary results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency and quality
- Be voice of the customer while working with internal stakeholders to drive best in industry service experience for our customers through 100% on-time deliveries and zero service related complaints.
- Always be ready to take that extra step for long terms customer relationship.
- Interact with customer to know about their pain areas or expectation, which will help us align our products to their needs and give us ideas for product enhancement / improvement
- Develop an effective customer on boarding program that leads to customer engagement and retention.
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English Communication skills.
- Should have worked for at least 2 years handling International Client relationships.
- An emphatic Listener
- Should have interest in Current affairs
- Experience and readiness to speak to clients on Phone
Desired Skills:
- Running Customer Surveys
- Experience with Customer on boarding Program
