Would be responsible for resolving the queries of customers received though emails within the defined TAT.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to support in faster execution of various marketing campaigns.
Provide support to the Subscriptions Manager with research projects.
Assist in preparation of presentations and MIS related to subscription efforts
Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Proactive, should be able to plan things in advance.
Must have a strong hold on MS word and MS Excel.
A go getter attitude, willing to learn and apply the concepts on day to day basis.
High attention to detail
