ElevateHQ - Account Executive - Sales (1-15 yrs)

The role offers unlimited upside potential given we're early in our journey, and rapidly capturing value in a market segment that is exploding. There's no cap on incentives, and quotas are set realistically. A great comp plan is something we take pride in; and you will find strong support from the entire team in making you successful.
You'll be directly responsible for the creating new clients, and upselling to the existing ones. The ideal candidate will have proven background in B2B sales.
- While you'll expected to create your own pipeline, there will be ample firecover from SDR and marketing team as well.
Responsibilities :
vAlways be hustling - Create & execute business plan to attain sales quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Requirements and skills :
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, SDR or similar sales/BD role - Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Deep understanding of CRMs is required
- Understanding of Accounting / ERP / Billing software is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Having strong social media engagement (LinkedIn, Twitter) is a big plus
